Greetings from ToonTown! So orry it’s been a few weeks since my last news letter due to travelling and personal life. Here’s what I’ve been up to! I’ve got two pictures of Tuna to make up for the time that we lost.

She likes to pretend she's starving right after she's eaten. Typical.

Currently Reading: I have recently finished This Ravenous Fate by Hayley Dennings because I was in the mood to read about vampires and it hit the spot! I got the opportunity to interview Hayley at YALLFest so look out for my conversation with her sometime this week. I also finished fellow Bindery book, _Inferno’s Heir _by Tiffany Wang and it was EXCELLENT. I’m not just saying that because it’s a Bindery title. Inferno’s Heir has great crossover appeal for young and adult audiences. Teia was refreshing to read about as a YA heroine. I can’t wait to see how the duology concludes! Last, I've been in a Viking mythology mood ever since I finished The Fury of the Gods** **by John Gwynne so I started book two in The Gael Song trilogy by Shauna Lawless, _The Words of Kings and Prophets. _

Currently Watching: Still watching Shrinking (Apple TV+) with Jarrett. No notes. We also started watching Arcane Season 1 on Netflix. A rewatch for me and Jarrett’s first time. He plays the video game, League of Legends so it only makes sense that I make him watch the show, which is also excellent. I want every show that’s animated to be made in the animation style of_ Arcane_.

Listening To: The Wicked Movie Soundtrack (see below)

Obsessed With: I saw Wicked on Friday. I know I could have written about it in the “Currently Watching” section of this newsletter, but I am so OBSESSED with Wicked. It’s all I can think about. I haven’t felt this way about a movie since Barbie last summer (I saw it 3 times in theaters). I’m going to see Wicked again on Sunday, and I can’t wait!!!

Publishing Updates: Nothing too crazy this week! I have an exciting video to share with paid subscribers this week that involves a very special blurb for Crueler Mercies from a very special author!!! Stay tuned! If you want to receive publishing updates before anyone else, consider upgrading your membership to the Sprite or Dragon Fren tier!
