Greetings from ToonTown! Tuna is my 7-month-old kitten and ToonTown is one of her many ridiculous nicknames. I really miss that game. ToonTown was the best! Here’s what I’ve been up to! It’s a shorter update this week because I caught a cold on Halloween and I spent my weekend rotting and recovering. I think I'm going to start including a Tuna Picture of the Week™️.

Currently Reading: I finished The Fury of the Gods by John Gwynne today! I sobbed my way through the end and I plan to be grieving this series and these characters for the next 2-3 business years. John Gwynne gave us a hell of a finale in FOTG. This book is one of, if not my favorite book I have read this year. If you need a completed fantasy series to binge I BEG you to read Bloodsworn! Proof of my grief.

Currently Watching: I realized over the weekend during my rot sesh that Shrinking Season 2 (Apple TV+) is coming out with weekly episodes! This show has Jarrett and me laughing so hard! It’s from the same writers as Ted Lasso, which is one of my favorite shows! If you need a feel-good comedy, look no further.

Listening To: Glass Animals - I Love You So F***ing Much Album. My favorite song is Show Pony. It’s been on repeat!

Obsessed With: While I was sick at home, I took advantage of our Nintendo Switch which doesn’t get enough playtime. I made the mistake (yes, mistake) of creating my island on Animal Crossing New Horizons. Why is this a mistake? BECAUSE MY ISLAND IS ALL I CAN THINK ABOUT. THIS GAME IS SO SERIOUS TO ME!!!! I spent 9 hours on Sunday building my dumb little island. I can’t wait to play after I share this newsletter.
